Banana popsicles

Good morning!

It’s been so hot these days… and fruit ripes so fast, especially bananas. There are many ways to use up overripe bananas, of course. But I prefer to have a simple way than combine them in cakes or frosting that make us consume more fat and sugar than eating those bananas alone.
So here I come up with banana and yoghurt popsicles!
Mash 3 ripe bananas and combine them with 1 jar of yoghurt (about 110ml) and a table spoon of sugar. Pour the mixture into any mold or container and pop them into the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Tada! Fun for kids and good for you too!
