starter: quinoa salad with fresh herbs, artichoke variation and marinated mushrooms

starter: red mullet ravioli with sweet chili, Lebanese Vierge sauce and Aïoli

starter: crabmeat and grapefruit millefeuille, celeriac and curcuma

main course 1: foie gras terrine

main course 1: seared foie gras

main course 2: pan-fried tiger prawns, cauliflower and spinach, tea scented lobster bisque

main course 2: roasted lamb fillet, carrots and ginger marmalade

main course 2: duck breast fillet roasted with cinnamon and cumin flavours, red cabbage and salsify
fresh and matured French farmhouse cheese plate “Philippe Olivier” with strawberry jam and dried apricot and figs

I was wearing Huy Vo Atelier tulle dress (worn here too) and thrift dress (altered by me), thrift ladybird pin, thrift diamond earrings and head band inspired from The Great Gatsby film 2012 ^_^

    Merry Christmas my dear Han! I hope you had a great time! Judging by these photos you must have, they’re mouth watering!
    PS: the chef’s name sounds very very very portuguese!
